Uptown Chunk orders are filled with freshly baked, not premade, handcrafted New-York-style chunky cookies. We are committed to quality and to fulfilling orders efficiently and quickly. Please see our various ordering options and frequently asked questions below:
(Coming Soon) In-store pick-up: Orders for boxes for four, six, or a dozen cookies can be ordered and picked up the same day.
Orders for boxes over a dozen cookies, and cookie cake orders, can be ordered and picked up next day.
Large event and custom orders of over four dozen cookies will be available for pick up two days following order placement. It is always best to email or call us regarding these types of orders.
Delivery: Uptown Chunk delivers to a range of suburbs within a 5km radius of our Sydney store. This includes suburbs in the following areas:
* CBD & The Rocks * Paddington & Surry Hills * Balmain & Pyrmont * Newtown & Redfern * Rose Bay & Double Bay * Eastern Beaches
Delivery will be made next day, or on a scheduled date for larger orders.

How do Pick-Up and Delivery work?
Once you place an order, we'll notify you when it will be available for pick up at our store, or with an ETA for delivery.
Do you ship cookies?
We are a small and growing company and currently do not offer order shipment. We enjoy spreading cookie love and are working diligently to expand our offerings. Stay tuned!
What is the shelf life of Uptown Chunk cookies?
Enjoy our cookies up to two weeks after receiving them. It is best to keep them in a container in a cool, dry place. We do urge you not to keep them in the refrigerator, however, as this dries them out. The cookies can be frozen and reheated later. Let them defrost for an hour prior to reheating in an oven at 180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes. Lastly, these cookies can always be warmed up for extra gooeyness in the microwave for about 15 seconds.
Can I customise my box?
We offer various assortments and ordering options that have been carefully curated to meet diverse cookie-loving palates. We generally do not customise orders. If you would like cookies for an upcoming event, please contact us and we'll work with you to accommodate your needs.
If I have a food allergy, can I eat UC cookies?
Ingredients include Dairy, Eggs, Sugar and Gluten. Uptown Chunk does not use nuts in cookies. We do include items manufactured at other plants, including Oreos and Biscoff butter, and we of course cannot control the production process at these plants. If you have an allergy, it is always best to use extreme caution when ordering cookies.
Can I change my order?
We are accommodating people at Uptown Chunk and will always do our best to satisfy your needs and interests. If your order has been completed and left the store for delivery, we will not be able to make a change. If you are picking up in store and we have the flavours you wish to substitute in stock, we will happily change your order.
Can I hold or schedule my order?
We are happy to work with you to fulfill orders on your desired day. Please add this to the message box when completing your order, or send us an email.
Can I cancel my order?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction from our customers. Please call or email us, and if we have not yet fulfilled the order, we will arrange for a cancellation and refund. If you have any concerns after receiving an order, please contact us. We want to ensure complete satisfaction and will do everything we can to keep you happy.
