Every Uptown Chunk order is baked fresh in small batches using our signature New York-style cookie dough. Whether you’re ordering a cookie box, cookie cake, or corporate treat drop, we aim to make the process simple, fast, and delicious.
Ordering & Pickup
In-Store Pickup
Most standard cookie box orders are available for same-day pickup from our Potts Point store, subject to availability.
Larger orders, cookie cakes, and custom event orders may require additional notice, particularly during busy periods. If you’re ordering for an event, office, or celebration, we recommend reaching out directly so we can help coordinate timing.

We offer local delivery across many Sydney suburbs surrounding Potts Point, including the CBD, Inner City, and Eastern Suburbs.
Australia-Wide Shipping
Selected cookie boxes and gift options are now available for shipping across Australia.

Questions
How does Pick-Up work?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation details along with pickup timing instructions. All pickups take place directly from our Potts Point store.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they keep well for up to two weeks when stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
For maximum gooeyness, warm cookies in the microwave for around 10–15 seconds before serving.
Cookies can also be frozen and reheated later in the oven once defrosted.
Can I customise my cookie box?
We offer a range of curated cookie boxes and flavour assortments. For larger events or special requests, feel free to contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Do you cater for events and corporate orders?
Yes. We regularly supply cookies for birthdays, office events, team meetings, gifting, and special occasions.
For larger orders or custom requests, please contact us in advance so we can help plan your order properly.
What allergens are present?
Our cookies contain ingredients including gluten, dairy, eggs, and sugar.
While we do not intentionally use nuts in our cookie dough, some ingredients sourced from third-party suppliers may be produced in facilities that also handle nuts and other allergens.
If you have a severe allergy, we strongly recommend exercising caution before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we’ll always do our best to assist with changes or cancellations.
