Hi, I’m Ann. I grew up in the US and have been baking for as long as I can remember, testing recipes, adjusting methods and chasing that perfect thick, chewy cookie.
For me, cookies have always been more than a sweet treat. They are a simple way to share comfort, celebration, thanks or a small moment of joy.
After moving to Australia, I wanted to bring a proper New York-style chunky cookie to Sydney. Uptown Chunk is the result: cookies baked with care, bold flavours and a lot of love from our shop in Potts Point.
